First Course


Three Mushroom Bisque
Portobello, Porcini and Shitake mushroom bisque finished with cream and dry sherry.


Chesapeake Seafood Bisque
Spicy tomato-cream bisque with Crab, shrimp & clams.

Tex-Mex Roll
Crispy wrapper filled with chicken, black beans, corn, peppers, onion, avocado and
Mexican cheese. Served with Raspberry-Chipotle sauce.

Mediterranean Appetizer
Hummus-el Tahini, tomatoes, feta salad & Calamata olives, warm pita bread.

New Harvest Salad
Mixed greens, sliced pears, dried cranberries, toasted pecans & shaved aged cheddar.

Empress Dowager Salad
Baby spinach and romaine, sliced fresh oranges, toasted almonds, with citrus vinaigrette.

Second Course

La Chinoise
An array of fresh Asian vegetables stir-fried in a light tangy sauce, served on wok seared

Chinese egg noodles. Strictly Vegetarian or topped with Chicken or Shrimp.

Market Day Fish
The chef, will select the market’s best available fish, the preparation style and

Imperial Seafood
Shrimp, scallops and crabmeat baked in a light creamy sauce with a hint of curry.
Served with vegetable rice sauté.

True Beefeater
Tender sliced beef brisket topped with wild mushroom ragout.

With Rosemary roasted potatoes.

Chicken Limoncello
Tender sautéed chicken breast with capers, tomato and asparagus in a lemon emulsion.
Served with Angel Hair Pasta.

Traditional Baked Lasagna
Layered with lean beef, spicy sausage, Ricotta, Romano, Mozzarella & homemade Marinara.
Baked until bubbly.
